Well after little or maybe no sleep, we are all up except for the sweet little no sleeping monster baby. We are attempting a new pancake recipe this morning. May be a horrible morning to test out a new recipe as no one has any patience in the kitchen. If the Coconut Flour Pancakes turn out any good I'll share the link, if not we'll be eating Cheerios. Hope this day gets better with each cup of coffee, can I just put a straw in the pot? Good Morning to you and yours. :)
Ok so the pancakes turned out more like crepes, nothing to get all that excited about. I consumed more coffee than pancakes. The boys seemed to like them, that's all that matters right.
