So each month one of my besties and I get together for an overnight (at her fabulous house of course.. beceause it's kid free) we've planned for doing something "Out" one month and something "In" the next... so we've done the Pedi, Shopping, Lunch Day and next was to do a stay in day... So she decided we should do some canning.... This being my first expierence with canning anything, I wasn't sure what to expect... But oh my word was it fun... and let me tell you the fruits of our labor are pretty gosh darn DELISIOUS.... we've consumed 3 jars already

I'm sorry but jalepenos are amazingly beautiful... A funny little something... when I bought 3 1/2 pounds of jalepenos from the Produce Stand, I informed the owner that I was cleaning her out of Jalepenos and her response was.... "And they'll clean YOU out" hahaha

Next was dinner... "Crunchy" GREEK TACOS
And Next came some cocktails and Wii followed by some Dance Party 2001 haha... we had sooooo much fun...
Totally excited for next month...
