October....

So now that life has changed and I've started to accept it... I'm ready to get caught up with memory recording....

Oct 2nd --  Way to melt Mama's heart!

Oct 19th - Art time...

Ben's first time painting... I'm nuts.. I know :)

What happens when you leave your camera out for a 4 year old...

 

 

Next on to Oct 31st... which we'll call just that... we don't do the trick-or-treating or candy consumin... Funny how things change sometimes once you have kids of your own... I participated in Halloween every year... had a child and realized it's not the kind of thing I wanted to make tradition in my household... I will not stop my kids from participating forever... just as long as I can :) Colten doesn't seem to mind yet...Our day started with a field trip to a local farm... It sounded like fun so I decided to go along... thank goodness for my Boggs and an umbrella... gusty winds and rain made for a super enjoyable outing to the farm...  

The bunnies were super cute...

I think I might need one... or some...

Hand holding was not a requirement on this outing... but these two (Colten & Noah) though it would be best... hey what ever keeps you guys from running off like the little crazy super hero's you are is fine by me!  (pretty cute if you ask me!)

Ben had the driest seat in the house... strapped to mama under the umbrella...  he loved the farm!

Ok I'm sorry but Turkeys are the most horrible looking creatures...

I don't think I've ever seen soooo many chickens...

 

 

Later that night we decorated some fall themed cookies... (well then we ate them...)
