Always busy, always learning, trying to find joy in days of rain, cherishing even 10 minutes of sunshine, taking deep breaths, loving some new baby chicks, bulbs poppin up all over, finally finally Spring may really be on it's way!

Ben just made a mess... then he was done! But Colten had races, made giant water blobs... and left me alone for a good while! WIN WIN!
I haven't written since.... those sweet babies were snug in their eggs!
They're Here!!! and just like the last hatching last year... I was right on the money with my dates!! 6 out of 7 hatched to "Crazy" (her name is totally for reals! She'll come at you like a spider monkey if you get too close... believe me I KNOW!)
Blacky - hatched only 1 of her 3 so acting on pure impulse the hubs brought home 3 barred rock chicks from the local feed store... we snuck them into the brooder and WALA... she adopted them on the spot! We couldn't be happier!
