So this is a new adventure for us adventure seekers....
Boon-docking... before when we had our little vintage trailer we considered boon-docking a totally normal thing, because we had no hookups to hookup...
Well.... this new trailer is a different story!
She'll be way more set once we add a solar panel, but for now we'll take our day and a half of battery life... that's right hot water, a functioning stove, oven and refrigerator and I say....Campgrounds are no longer necessary!
Every now and then a day or two spent in the mountains with nobody but "your own" makes for some real soul fulfilling time.
Ben in his little cubby of a bunk... I'm not sure how anyone can sleep in such confined spaces... it makes me breath funny! But he loves it so I love it...(but you wont EVER find me sleeping there!)
Notice the handy Light Saber docking spot...
You want it within reach you never know when you may need to go to
battle in the next galactic war...

So as you can see boon-docking is where it's at! Peace, Solitude (wait what...ok if you leave your kids at home maybe) not paying fees, no neighbors, no rowdy campers, same bugs, more chance for wildlife spotting, morning coffee with the mountains, I loved it and plan to make this style of "roughing" it a more regular thing...
