An Amazing August

Such a busy summer, it's been a whirl wind of craziness and fun... here's a bit of August I was able to capture...

I've officially decided that my entire yard will be covered in Sweet Peas next year.... Their fragrance brings me soooo much joy!

Colten received an amazing hammock on his backpacking trip with Jeromy...

This summer has been filled with many visits to Seaside to visit Great Grandma!

Grandma holds a special place in my heart!  

We camped during this visit to Grandmas...

A trip to Costco and boom....

Fort Stevens happened to be having a Military Event while we were staying in the campground...

We were lucky enough to enjoy an amazing military vehicle parade.

The joy this caused was absolutely priceless

Grandma happened to give us a Coastal Field Guide given to her by Grandpa Pete in the 80s... we were able to find these crazy guys in the book!  So fun to tell Grandma about this!

The outdoor shower has proven to be the best thing ever!

We showered both boys before leaving for home... (with no sand to clean out of the bottom of the shower)

The garden turned out pretty good this year!

I've never grown peppers before! 

I officially grew 2 jalapenos this year! Whooop Whooop!

The herbs are taking over!
