Without feeling completely out of my mind I made 2 gluten free pies all before 10am... I was pretty proud of myself! Local Apple and Peach! Took them to a BBQ and thankfully there were a few gluten free peeps that greatly appreciated some dessert! WIN!

SOOOO many cucumbers.... I was a pickle cannin fool!
It smelt like pickles up in here for a week!
Made Pickles, sweet relish and refrigerator pickles... I'm sooo over cucumbers it's not even funny! :) But it will be fun to enjoy them all winter :)
The end of summer is soooooooo busy with food preserving...I'm wondering if next year it won't feel so overwhelming!
